Step 01: Ultrasonic Activation
The raw plant material is submerged in a solvent (distilled water) and subjected to ultrasonic waves. This technology, developed in France, uses specific frequencies to initiate the extraction process without applying external heat.

Step 02: Tissue Cavitation
Ultrasonic waves are applied to the mixture, creating a phenomenon known as cavitation. Unlike generic agitation, this specific process causes microscopic cavities to form directly within the cell tissues of the stigma, allowing them to absorb the solvent rapidly.

Step 03: Cell Wall Demolition

Step 01: Critical State Activation
