Produced via Supercritical CO₂ extraction from organic dried bark, this essential oil captures the true, warm "aromatic-fruity" profile of the spice without the solvent residues found in traditional oleoresins. It appears as a clear, brownish-yellow liquid oil.

The extract is standardised to a powerful 55–75% Cinnamaldehyde content. This high concentration delivers potent antibacterial and anti-fungal efficacy, particularly against oral pathogens, making it a functional active as well as a natural flavouring agent.
