Full Description:

Extracted from dried Zingiber officinale rhizomes using Supercritical CO₂ technology, this extract represents the "Aromatic Fraction" of the plant. Unlike traditional steam distillation which can create "cooked" notes, this process yields a clear yellow oil with a characteristic Verbena-Citrus profile.

The extract is standardised to contain 82–95% Essential Oil, driven by high levels of α-Zingiberene (>15%). It is engineered for fragrance and flavour fidelity rather than extreme heat, containing less than 5% total pungent compounds.
